Corporectomy is a brutal death metal/ slamming brutal death metal band from Germany. They formed from Christian Veltmann (Vocals) , Jens Ballaschke (Guitars, Irate Architect, Apostasy (Ger), Lambent), Karim Dairé (Guitars, Into Oblivion (Ger), Poostew), Awaiting The Autopsy) and Pawel (Drums, Infested) in 2008. The band plays generic slamming brutal death metal with a simple songwritting style but the band does execute with fine intensity and the styles of the twists from the stacato riffs go well with the guttural vocals and blasting drums.

The band has released their debut EP ”Within the Weak and the Wounded” via Sevared Records which is in vien of such bands as Devourment, Digested Flesh, Dying Fetus and Brodequin.

EXALTATION is a Brutal Death Metal band from Germany’s beer-soaked heart: Bavaria. Formed in 2002 by Mike (guitars) and Marcus (drums), Auri (bass) joined the band in 2003. Awaiting The Autopsy is a slamming brutal death metal band from Germany. They formed in 2007 by Ulli (Vocals), Briel (Guitars) and Chris (Drums, Poostew, Corporectomy) in order to fuse brutal deathcore with ultra-guttural slamming death metal. The band do this well with their crushing guitars, blasting catchy drum patterns and guttural to high screamed vocals like Begging For Incest meets Guttural Secrete.

The band set to work immediately with a 2-song demo ”Eight Girls Instead of Nine” in 2007 via Amputated Vein Records which boosted their career in the underground becuase of the hyped up atmosphere this band created.

It was soon to make new material for the band in late 2008 and decided to call a hault to live performances until a follow up was out. They set to Third A Studio to record their debut full length album entitled ”Couldn’t Tell The Bodies Apart” via Amputated Vein Records on the April 29th 2009.

There are at least nine bands/artists using this name.

1. Anima is a Russian dark ambient/electro ensemble, since ca. 2004 called Senmuth Major releases under the Anima name: Technogen Gothic, Infernoteque, Qemt, The Best Of Anima. Below follows a bio from the Anima period.

The project originating from Moscow, started creative activity in 1996. Brainchild of Av (lyrics, music, this is Senmuth), with collaboration of Set’g (guitar), Romario, Dan Pa and others. Managed by Victor Rybakov.

They released a dozen albums and 6 professionally mounted videos, one of which (“Tvoi Put” - “Your Way”) was shown on MTV. The group was one of five the best in the competition programme for “Radio 2000”. Some albums received positive reviews in leading publication about rock music, “Dark City”.

From the very beginning the project focused on hard industrial sound with rich and dense arrangement, and an addition of ethnic and symphonic elements, mixed with live guitar and keyboard parts, giving Anima’s music 100% original and recognisable tone.

The target audience is defined as an educated, socially active and intellectually developed part of young and mature people, capable of critical analysis of surrounding reality, able to withstand imposed priorities and the impact of the media.

Currently the group is working on the new material about one of the oldest civilisations on Earth, full of atmospheric and ethnic, enchanting tones (this is Qemt). The work is consulted with experts - historians, culture scientists, and linguists. The project won’t include photos of the members, as they prefer to remain incognito.
